Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy

Refunds are issued only for failed or duplicate charges. All other contributions are non-refundable — they're gifts, and once used to buy a rose, coffee, dress, or phone contribution, they can't be returned.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same gift, or you were charged but the payment didn't go through, email support@doitforher.shop within 7 days of the charge with your transaction ID.

Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

All payments on this site are one-time gifts. There are no subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel.
